So Shard's second group of guests arrived just after 21:00 and boarded from the pontoon. After a wee chat we moved off to the mooring
Saturday June 3rd
Weather flat calm warm and sunny to start. Headed off to Loch Corrie not much sailing to be done. Big thunder storm coming in, but we got a mooring just in time for the heavens
to open. Thunder and lightning during lunch and a wee nap. Went ashore to check out the Boat house restaurant, but it was fully booked.
Headed back to Linnhe marine, and Rachel managed to get us a table at the Old Inn.
Four wonderful bits of steak and a varied selection of drinks, a Harris Gin, a wierd rum and coke, a coke and a couple of pints of IPA.
Sunday June 4th
Good day for a sail, quite cool, but with a freshening breeze. Sailed out onto the loch, it was getting a bit rough out on the Loch especially out of the lee of Shuna.
Sailed about very enjoyably, if bumpy at times. Back to Linnhe marine for a lunch of "Clyde Tunnel Sausage". All too soon the guests had to depart, after a wee nap of course.
I greatly enjoyed your company ladies, you too can return anytime you like.
